¾ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parmesan Aioli Dip Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Using three plates, set up your breading stations.
- On one plate, place your flour; on another your beaten egg.
- Mix the panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together and place them on your final plate.
- Coat your green beans evenly, grabbing a small bunch and rolling them in the flour.
- Next, place them into the beaten eggs and coat evenly.
- Finally, roll the green beans in the bread crumb and parmesan mixture.
- Repeat until all green beans are coated.
- Line your green beans up in your air fryer and cook at 375⁰F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the beans are cooking, make the Parmesan Aioli. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well and serve!
- Tip: If your kitchen doesn’t have an air fryer, not to worry! You can bake these in your oven at350⁰F for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Yum!
