12oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans
1 cup baby red potatoes, quartered
¾ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
¾ cup fresh spinach leaves
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- In a large mixing bowl add Green Beans, potatoes, spinach, Mini Sweet Peppers, and a sprig of rosemary.
- Next, add the olive oil and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well.
- Place the mixture on a large baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or until the vegetables reach your desired texture.
