Farmer’s Harvest Mini Sweet & Broccoletti Flatbread

We’re all about a quick and easy pizza night, and happen to feel a lot less guilty about it when we add our tasty Mini Sweet Peppers and Broccoletti!
START TO FINISH
1 medium pizza crust, cooked and ready to top
1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, topped and sliced
4 Pero Family Farms Broccoletti spears
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
- Pre-heat oven to 400F. Heat a large sauté pan with olive oil to medium-high temperature.
- Sauté the vegetables for 2 minutes.
- Next, arrange the vegetables evenly on top of the crust. Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
- Finish by drizzling olive oil and parsley over the top.
