Ingredients

1 bag Pero Family Farms Organic Green Beans

1 TBLS Olive oil

2 TBLS Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

1 tsp Blood Orange Juice

½ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ cup Dried Cranberries

¼ cup Slivered Almonds

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

A pinch Black Pepper

Fresh cut orange for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Steam Pero Family Farms Organic Green Beans as directed on the bag. Once steamed carefully remove the green beans and place in a bowl. Add the salt and pepper and gently toss together.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, blood orange juice, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk this together until it mixes well. Pour this over the steamed organic green beans.
  • Add the dried cranberries and slivered almonds and toss the side dish gently together.
