November is all about the turkey (and stuffing), so we filled some fresh Sugar Snap Peas with a creamy cheese for a healthy snack or fancy appetizer!

¼ cup goat cheese

¼ cup cream cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Carefully make a cut along the top seam of the pea pod and slightly pry open.
  • In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese and cream cheese together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill a zip lock bag with the mixture, and cut a small piece out of the bottom corner of the bag and pipe the filling into each pea pod.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
