Cheesy Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers
This recipe pairs our crunchy, fresh Mini Sweet Peppers with creamy Fontina cheese. Perfect for a quick party appetizer, both kids and adults will love these Cheesy Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers!

What you need
2-3 oz. Fontina Cheese, grated
2 oz. Cream Cheese
2 TBLS + extra for garnish Fresh Chives, minced
- Rinse and dry the mini sweet peppers. Remove the top and seeds from the mini sweet peppers Cut them in half lengthwise.
- To prepare the fontina cheese mixture, place the fontina cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the cheeses in 15-second increments. It should take a total of 45 seconds for the cheese to fully melt. Once the cheeses have fully melted use a spatula and mix it all together to make sure both cheeses have melted. Add in the chives and mix again.
- Using a teaspoon scoop the cheese chive mixture and gently spoon it into the mini sweet peppers.
- Place the stuffed mini sweet peppers on a serving dish and serve.
