8oz. can white albacore tuna, drained

1 cup grape tomatoes

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup corn

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

  • In a large salad bowl add the broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, corn, and red onion.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the tuna to the top of the salad.
