¾ cup Tri-color Quinoa

¼-1/3 cup Slivered Almonds

 

Mustard Dressing 

1 TBLS Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TBLS Dijon Mustard

2 TBLS Yellow Mustard

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

1 TBLS Honey

2 TBLS Lemon Juice

1/3-1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 tsp Sea Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  • Cook the tri-color quinoa according to the package. Once cooked fluff the quinoa and let it cool slightly.
  • The organic broccoli slaw and slivered almonds add into a bowl. When the quinoa has cooked add the quinoa into the bowl with the broccoli slaw and slivered almonds.
  • To prepare the dressing whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the dish and gently toss everything together. Serve and enjoy.
