What You Need

Ingredients
  • 10oz. Pero Family Farms Brocoletti
  • 2 cups Swiss chard, cut roughly
  • 2 radishes, cut into thin rounds
  • 1 cup of radicchio, cut thin
  • ¼ cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Place the swiss chard and radicchio on the bottom of a large plate to form a base.
  2. In a large sauté pan pre-heat the olive oil to medium high temperature.
  3. Add the Brocoletti and cook for 2 minutes. Next, add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute then add the vegetable stock and salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 2 more minutes or until the Brocoletti is cooked to your desired texture.
  5. Place the cooked Brocoletti on top of the Swiss Chard and Radicchio. Top with sliced radishes, pine nuts, and parsley.
