  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup seedless watermelon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Start by puréeing your watermelon.
  2. In a blender, add the chopped watermelon and puree until smooth.
  3. Next, in a large bowl, add your watermelon purée, Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Then, add the Organic Vegetable Slaw and combine until dressing and slaw is mixed thoroughly.
