- 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, pureed
- 1 cup seltzer water
- ½ cup pineapple, pureed
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 sprigs of mint

Directions
- Clean and dice the Mini Sweet Peppers
- Add ½ cup water and peppers to the blender and puree
- Clean and dice the pineapple
- Add ½ cup water and pineapple to the blender and puree
- In a mixing glass or pitcher add the seltzer water, mint, and lime- mix well
- Pour each glass and garnish with mint
