  • 10oz. Pero Family Farms Trimmed Asparagus
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, sliced thin
  • 8 thin slices of prosciutto

Directions
  1. The asparagus can be cooked or left raw for this recipe.
  2. Lay the prosciutto out flat and set the asparagus and cantaloupe next to each other 1/2 “ from the lengthwise edge.
  3. Slowly wrap the prosciutto around the asparagus and cantaloupe until they are covered.
  4. This recipe can be eaten as is, or can be quickly grilled, broiled or baked.
