  • 12 oz. Pero Family Farms Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 12 oz. chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce

Directions
  1. In a large resealable bag, combine the pineapple and Teriyaki sauce.
  2. Add the chicken to the mixture and allow to marinate for at least one hour.
  3. Cook the Vegetable Stir Fry according to the microwave directions.
  4. While the vegetables are cooking, pre-heat a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature and the pineapple and chicken mixture.
  5. Cook the meat, stirring continuously for three minutes.
  6. Next, add the Vegetable Stir-Fry vegetables to the pan.
  7. Stir consistently until the Teriyaki begins to reduce, the meat is cooked completely, and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
