  • 1 large Florida Lobster, split in half down the middle
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰ F
  2. In a large bowl add the egg, milk, mayo, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the broccoli and mix.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
  6. Place the broccoli mixture in the carapace cavity.
  7. Top with bread crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350⁰ F for 20 minutes
