  • 10.5oz. Pero Family Farms Squash+ Sliced Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Bell Peppers & Onions
  • 1 head of Butter Lettuce
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 2 tbsp. chives, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook the vegetables to your desired texture using the microwave directions on the back of the package.
  2. Place a tsp. of hummus in each lettuce cup and evenly distribute the vegetables onto lettuce leaves.
  3. Top with chives, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
