What You Need
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pero Family Farms Snipped Green Beans, blanched and cut into small pieces
 - 3/4 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
 - ½ cup hummus
 - ½ cup chicken, cooked, cut into small pieces
 - ¼ cup feta cheese
 - 1 large flour tortilla

Directions
- Make a straight cut from the center point of the flour tortilla down.
 - Spread half of the hummus on one quarter of the tortilla.
 - Top with half of the green beans and half of the mini sweet peppers.
 - On another ¼, place chicken and feta cheese.
 - On the final ¼ place the rest of the hummus, green beans and Mini Sweet Peppers.
 - Fold each ¼ over onto the next until closed.
 - Place on a grill to heat all sides, melt the cheese and lightly toast the flour tortilla.
