What You Need

  • 1 bag Pero Family Farms Organic Broccoli Slaw
  • ¾ cup Tri-color Quinoa
  • ¼-1/3 cup Slivered Almonds

Mustard Dressing

  • 1 TBLS Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBLS Dijon Mustard
  • 2 TBLS Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TBLS Honey
  • 2 TBLS Lemon Juice
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Directions
  1. Cook the tri-color quinoa according to the package. Once cooked fluff the quinoa and let it cool slightly.
  2. The organic broccoli slaw and slivered almonds add into a bowl. When the quinoa has cooked add the quinoa into the bowl with the broccoli slaw and slivered almonds.
  3. To prepare the dressing whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the dish and gently toss everything together. Serve and enjoy.
