¾ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

- Remove Broccoletti from the bags.
- Plunge into boiling water for a few minutes, chill immediately.
- When chilled, drain the Broccoletti and place into a large mixing bowl.
- Next, add the pomegranate seeds and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Mix well.
