¾ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Remove Broccoletti from the bags.
  2. Plunge into boiling water for a few minutes, chill immediately.
  3. When chilled, drain the Broccoletti and place into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Next, add the pomegranate seeds and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place the Broccoletti mixture into a large serving dish and top with goat cheese.
