10oz. Pero Family Farms Organic Vegetable Slaw
8oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, cut into rings
3 cups of spring mix greens

1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. In a large bowl add the Vegetable Slaw, Spring Mix and Mini Sweet Peppers.
  2. In a small bowl mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
