OVERVIEW
The Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC. (the “Sponsor”) Healthy Made Easy Sweepstakes (the “Campaign”) consists of six (6) preliminary drawings and one (1) final grand prize drawing, as described more fully below. The Sweepstakes and associated drawings may end at any time without notice.
ELIGIBILITY
This Campaign is open only to those who submit an entry via PeroFamilyFarms.com (see instructions in the “How to Enter” section below) in compliance with these Official Rules (“Rules”) and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Campaign judges as final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
Entries will be accepted online beginning January 9, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending February 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. All online entries must be received by February 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device.

The Campaign may be entered by visiting:

and completing the steps listed, including:

Submitting your email address and ZIP code via the form on the webpage, and

“Liking” Pero Family Farms on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/PeroFamilyFarms or Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/perofamilyfarms.
If you do not have Facebook or Instagram, you may still enter by emailing info@perofamilyfarms.com. Please type HEALTHY MADE EASY in the subject line and include your first and last name and preferred email address in the body of the email. You will receive an email confirmation that you have been entered.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Campaign Period. Any attempt by any individual to enter more than one (1) time, including through multiple identities or email addresses, will result in disqualification. All rules apply regardless of method of entry.
PRIZES
(a) Preliminary Drawing Prizes:
On each Friday, January 16, 23, and 30, and February 6, 13, and 20, 2026, a drawing will be held to select one (1) winner per date, for a total of six (6) preliminary winners throughout the duration of the Campaign. Each preliminary prize consists of one (1) coupon good for a free package of Pero Family Farms branded product, any size, with a maximum value of $5.
(b) Grand Prize:
On February 27, 2026, a drawing will be held to select one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Our Place Dream Cooker (approximate retail value $179) and five (5) coupons good for $1 off Pero Family Farms branded products, any size.
All prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Prizes will be fulfilled within eight to ten (8–10) weeks following the end of the Campaign.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the applicable cutoff date for each drawing.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received by February 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. No person may win more than one (1) preliminary prize during the Campaign Period; however, all eligible entries remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.
Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery of notifications due to spam filters, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within five (5) days, or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including technical failures or unauthorized intervention.
DISPUTES
This Campaign is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Participants waive the right to class actions and to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
