OVERVIEW:

The Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC. Score Big Sweepstakes (the “Campaign”) comprises four (4) drawings, as described more fully below. Sweepstakes and associated drawings may end at any time without notice.

Eligibility:

This Campaign is open only to those who submit their entry via PeroFamilyFarms.com (see “How to Enter” below) in compliance with these Official Rules (“Rules”), and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America (plus DC) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules:

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Campaign judges as final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign.

Campaign Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting on October 10th, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending November 7th, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET. Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter:

The Campaign must be entered by visiting https://www.perofamilyfarms.com/score-big and completing the steps listed, including:

Submission of your email address and zip code via the form on the webpage, and
“Liking” Pero Family Farms on Facebook at facebook.com/PeroFamilyFarms or Instagram at instagram.com/PeroFamilyFarms.

If you don’t have Facebook or Instagram, you can still enter by emailing info@perofamilyfarms.com. Please type SCORE BIG SWEEPSTAKES in the subject line and include your first and last name plus your preferred email address in the message body. We will send you a confirmation email verifying your entry.

You may only enter once during the duration of the Campaign. Any attempt to enter more than once (via multiple identities, emails, or other means) is grounds for disqualification. All rules apply to all entries regardless of method.

PRIZES:

(a) Weekly Winners:
On each Friday — October 17, October 24, October 31, and November 7, 2025 — a drawing will be held to randomly select one (1) winner per date for a total of four (4) weekly winners throughout the Campaign.
Each weekly winner will receive:

One (1) VIP coupon good for a free package of Pero Family Farms brand product (any size, up to $5 value).

(b) Grand Prize Winner:
On November 7th, 2025, a final drawing will be held to select one (1) Grand Prize Winner.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Three (3) VIP coupons good for a free package of Pero Family Farms brand product (any size, up to $5 value each),
One (1) Ninja FrostVault Cooler,
Two (2) Pero-branded tailgate chairs, and
One (1) iHome Bluetooth Speaker.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer of prize to others is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Submission of entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC. to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds:

The odds of winning each drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the applicable cutoff date.

Winner Selection and Notification:

No person may win more than one (1) prize overall during the entire Campaign Period. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for Winners’ failure to receive notification due to spam filters, security settings, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days, the prize may be forfeited. Receipt of prize is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF PRIZE RIGHTS.

Terms & Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should any issue beyond its control affect its administration, security, fairness, or conduct. Sponsor may randomly select winners from all eligible entries unaffected by such issues. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with entry processes or violates these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Campaign may be subject to criminal and civil penalties.

Limitation of Liability:

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation or prize use.

Disputes:

This Campaign is governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes must be resolved individually before a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees, beyond actual out-of-pocket costs.
