PERO MINI SWEET PEPPER DAY SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.
OVERVIEW:
The Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC. Mini Sweet Pepper Day Sweepstakes (the “Campaign”) includes four (4) weekly prize drawings and one (1) final grand prize drawing, as outlined below. Sweepstakes and associated drawings may end at any time without notice.
ELIGIBILITY:
This Campaign is open only to individuals who submit an entry through PeroFamilyFarms.com (see “How to Enter” below) or at an official entry kiosk and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. Void where prohibited. Employees of Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members and household members of such employees, are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
AGREEMENT TO RULES:
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Campaign judges, which are final and binding.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD:
Entries will be accepted online starting May 2, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending May 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET. All entries must be received by the end of the Campaign Period. Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper.
HOW TO ENTER:
Enter by visiting https://www.perofamilyfarms.com/pepperday and completing the entry form, including:
- Submitting your email address via the entry form.
- “Liking” Pero Family Farms on Facebook at facebook.com/PeroFamilyFarms or Instagram at instagram.com/PeroFamilyFarms.
If you do not have Facebook or Instagram, you may still enter by sending an email to info@perofamilyfarms.com with the subject line “May Sweepstakes” and including your full name and preferred email address in the body of the message. You will receive an email confirmation upon entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of method of entry. Any attempts to enter more than once will result in disqualification.
PRIZES:
(a) Weekly Prizes:
Each Friday—May 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2025—one (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive:
- One (1) VIP Coupon for a free Pero Family Farms branded product (any size, up to $5 value).
(b) Grand Prize:
On or about May 30, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected to receive:
- One (1) Weber® Traveler Portable Gas Grill (approximate retail value $449.00)
- Twelve (12) VIP Coupons for free Pero Family Farms products (each coupon good for up to $5; total coupon value up to $60).
Coupons are redeemable at participating retailers that carry Pero Family Farms products. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. All taxes and expenses related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the time of each drawing.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
(a) Weekly Prizes:
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 PM ET the Thursday prior to each drawing. Non-winning entries roll over into subsequent drawings.
(b) Grand Prize:
All entries received during the Campaign Period are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, held on or about May 30, 2025.
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection. Winners must respond within five (5) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if necessary due to fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen issues. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify anyone attempting to tamper with the entry process or violate these Rules.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage related to participation in the Campaign or acceptance or use of any prize.
DISPUTES:
This Campaign shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively before a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
