This Plant-Based BBQ Flatbread is filled with so much healthy goodness! Made with our Organic Vegetable Slaw to give you the perfect crunch, finally a flatbread you can feel good about!


2 cups Pero Family Farms Organic Vegetable Slaw

4 pre-cooked flatbreads

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced and carmelized

1 cup fresh corn, raw-sliced off cobb

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup baby arugula

½ cup BBQ sauce

How to Make it

Spread 1 tbsp. of BBQ sauce on the flatbread, then top with ¼ cup of Vegetable Slaw.  Next add ¼ cup of beans and corn and top with caramelized onions and arugula.  Repeat for remaining flatbreads and serve.
