6 oz. Pero Family Farms Snipped Green Beans, blanched

5oz. canned tuna, drained

1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and thinly sliced

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup kidney beans, cooked, drained

½ cup mixed olives

1 tbsp. Italian parsley

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. honey

Salt and pepper, to taste
