Sausage and Peppers

12oz. Sweet Italian Sausage
4 hoagie style buns
2oz. Marsala Wine
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. dry basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

- In a large sauté pan heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil over medium-high temperature.
- Next, add the fajita mix, sausage, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes and add the Marsala wine.
- Cook the mixture for 2-3 more minutes or until the sausage is cooked completely and the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
