START TO FINISH
½ cup sushi grade tuna, cut into small cubes
½ cup sushi rice (sticky rice)
4 Pero Family Farms Organic Snipped Green Beans
½ Pero Family Farms Mini cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
¼ cup edamame
½ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lime juice
½ tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Place the rice in the bottom of a medium bowl, then add the vegetable slaw, cucumber, green beans and edamame.
- Place the tuna on top and drizzle with the Asian Vinaigrette.
