4oz. Chicken breast, cut into 1 ½“ pieces

4oz. Pineapple, cut into 1 ½“ chunks
½ cup teriyaki glaze

1 tbsp. olive oil

4 kabob sticks

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  • Build your kabobs by arranging the Mini Sweet Peppers, pineapple and chicken on the skewers.
  • Grill for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Brush teriyaki glaze on the kabobs 1 minute before removing from the grill.
