Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts

A sweet yummy appetizer that is a must at your holiday gathering this year! These crostini’s are so delicious with a creamy goat cheese flavor mixed with a touch of toasted crusty bread, and a magnificent sweet flavor from the slow-cooked Mini Sweet Peppers!

Ingredients

1 bag of Pero Family Farms Brussels Sprouts, cut in half

1 cup Cipollini onions

1 cup red bell pepper, diced ½”

½ cup candied pecans

¼ cup maple glaze

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 sprig of rosemary

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375.
  • Place all the vegetables on a large sheet tray, drizzle with olive oil, maple glaze, salt, and pepper- bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables have reached your desired texture.
  • Top with candied pecans and rosemary.
