1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 ½ tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. fresh mint, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  • Load a grill pan up with green beans and set it on your grill. (If you don’t have a grill pan handy, use a sheet of tin foil!).
  • Drizzle olive oil over the green beans, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Allow the beans to grill for about 3 minutes, or until the beans reach your desired texture.
  • Remove from heat and add grilled green beans to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the strawberries, white balsamic vinegar and mint. Mix well and serve!
