10oz. Pero Family Farms Zucchini Veggie Spirals
½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Radicchio, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. Pine nuts
1 tbsp. fresh Basil, sliced into thin strips
½ tbsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a mixing bowl, combine Zucchini Veggie Spirals, radicchio, tomatoes, olive oil, parmesan, pine nuts, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve immediately!
