Asian Broccoli Salad

What you need


1 bag Pero Family Farms Organic Broccoli Florets  

2 TBLS Sesame Oil 

¼ cup Chopped Peanuts 

2 Scallions, minced 

1 TBLS Toasted Sesame Seeds 

½ TBLS Black Sesame Seeds 


Peanut Dressing, makes 1 cup  

½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter 

2 TBLS Lime Juice 

2 TBLS Rice Vinegar 

1 TBLS Honey 

2 TBLS Soy Sauce 

1 Garlic Clove 

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Let’s Get Started


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Gently toss the broccoli florets with the sesame oil. Place the broccoli on the baking tray and roast for 10 minutes. 
  • While the broccoli is cooking prepare the peanut dressing. In a high speed blender or food processor blend together all the ingredients for the peanut dressing. Adjust seasoning if necessary. 
  • Once the broccoli has cooked while it is still warm place the broccoli into a bowl and ¼-1/3 cup of the dressing. Gently mix together. 
  • To serve garnish with chopped peanuts, scallions, and sesame seeds. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
